Aldai Technical Training Institute is set up to Train specific TVET courses as an accredited TVET institution in research and technical training. To meet performance to Kenya’s esteemed vision 2030.We have put in place strategies and strictly adhere to high standards of Training as per TVET Act of 2013. The main propellant of our commitment being quality service delivery to our Trainees. It is expected that as a leading TVET institution in Technical related disciplines we reciprocate this gesture by intensifying creativity, quality training and research.
Registry Oversees all operations in the registration process (record creation, course schedule building, classroom assignment, final exam scheduling, grade processing, transcript issuance, and student enrollment verification).
Establishes and maintains collaborative and effective working relationships with a diverse group of leaders across the Institute, across the Institute’s Main Departments and with peers at other Training Institutions.
Registry deals with four main sections of the institution.
REGISTRY
Deals with admissions, registration, enrollment and keeping all records pertaining to Trainees.
EXAMINATIONS
Deals with all matters pertaining internal and external examinations including registration of candidates for exams, provisioning the examinations centres within the institute, scheduling internal examinations, keeping exam records of all departments, communicating with external examining agents. The external examination bodies are KNEC,NITA, KASNEB and TVET CDACC.
MARKETING/OUTREACH
Outreach activities include participation in events such as TVET fairs, Promotions and radio advertisements.
PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING (PC)
PC seeks to enhance the performance of state Ministries, Departments and Agencies. Every Year, Aldai TTI seeks to deploy resources allocated to it by the government and the utilization must be negotiated, vetted, reviewed and validated. The PC Coordinator is Mr. Waweru Stephen.
